Job Summary
- Windows/VMware
- In-depth understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere ESXi Hyper-V) and integration best practices
- Experience in planning and executing large scale DR exercises (failover/failback)
- Excellent troubleshooting analytical and documentation abilities related to Operating System performance etc
- Design Build Configure Deploy and System Administration of Windows Server operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft server technologies and VMware Management
- Good Knowledge on Windows Server Failover Cluster
- NetApp Storage
- Configure and Administration of Azure NetApp files (ANF) Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) BlueXP and Azure storage account
- Setting up volumes and capacity planning
- Implement and manage access controls authentication and authorization to ensure secure storage operations
- Scaling and resizing volumes to accommodate data growth
- Monitoring storage performance and resolving issues that may impact application performance
- Optimizing storage configurations and settings for improved efficiency
- Managing the Storage Replications and DR
- Strong troubleshooting analytical thinking organizational skills and communication abilities
- Commvault Backup
- Expertise in Commvault software suite: installation configuration operation and troubleshooting
- Expertise in Commvault workflow
- Experience with backups for OS files VMs and databases (SQL Server Oracle)
- Management of the Master server and the Media server
- Define and implement backup and retention policies to ensure data is protected
- Monitoring backup jobs ensuring successful completion of the backup jobs
- Strong troubleshooting analytical thinking organizational skills and communication abilities
- Maintain the security measures to protect backup data from unauthorized access ensuring compliance"
