Tenold has been in operation for over 56 years and offers a wide range of services including less-than-truckload truckload warehousing trans-load and logistics. We have a solid client base experienced sales customer service and dispatch teams to serve our fleet.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 1 Owner Operators with heavy-spec tractors to haul Flatdeck Stepdeck double drop Roll-Tite trailers across Alberta BC and Eastern Canada. This position requires 35 years of commercial driving experience and proven mountain driving experience.

The successful applicant must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

• Located in the Edmonton Nisku area
  
• Class 1 Drivers License with a minimum of 5 years experience
  
• Flatbed Stepdeck and double drop/lowboy experience minimum 2 years required.
  
• TDG and Hazwaste knowledge and experience are an asset
  
• Knowledge of HOS and NSC rules and regulations
  
• Clean commercial driver abstract
  
• Have your own WorkSafe BC (WCB) account in good standing
  
• Have verifiable commercial driving experience in highways mountains and off-road
  
• Can chain up axles and perform all required duties
  
• Have knowledge and experience in proper load securement
  
• 
  

Your truck will be:

• Capable of hauling Tri-axle and double drop configurations
  
• 2016 or newer truck with a sleeper bunk
  
• Equipped with appropriate chainstarps and tie-down equipment for heavy haul operations.
