Job Title: Gen AI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer to join our technology team and accelerate the development of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI/ML large language model (LLM) integration workflow automation and hands-on experience in Java and Spring Framework. The role focuses on designing implementing and scaling AI agents and workflows to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Solution Design & Development

• Lead the design and development of AI-powered solutions including AI agents chatbots and intelligent automation workflows.
  

• Integrate LLMs (e.g. GPT Cohere or open-source models) into existing Java/Spring-based applications for NLP decision-making and predictive analytics.
  

• Optimize AI workflows for scalability performance and cost-efficiency.
  

2. Collaboration & Strategy

• Work with developers data scientists and product managers to define AI strategy roadmap and technical requirements.
  

• Provide mentorship to junior developers and promote innovation in AI/ML practices.
  

3. Platform & Production Support

• Implement MLOps practices CI/CD pipelines and production model deployment.
  

• Work with Oracle databases for AI data management and retrieval.
  

• Ensure compliance with data privacy security and ethical AI standards.
  

4. Architecture & Best Practices

• Apply knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
  

• Contribute to architectural discussions open-source AI projects or AI research publications.
  

• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to business challenges.
