Job Description: PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Toronto - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Primary Skills - PeopleSoft Techno-Functional for HRMS upgrade project
- Must have current & extensive PeopleTools / PeopleSoft HRMS Development (PeopleCode) experience.
- Must have HR functionalities hands-on experience in Workforce Administration (including Position Management) Compensation Global Payroll Absence Management Global Assignments.
- Expertise and hand on experience in technical tools like Page Design PeopleCode Application engine File layouts SQR BI publisher Application packages Component interfaces Integration Broker Vision Hands-On experience with PeopleTools PeopleSoft HRMS upgrades tools and (PUM) is a big bonus.
- Collaborate with co-workers and customers to refine business requirements and provide comprehensive technical solutions.
- Proficient in developing Design Document and Technical Design Document.
- Have worked on Fluid development and is well versed with Tiles and Homepage.
- Experience with NVision/BI Publisher Reports Required.
- Should have worked on latest release of PSFT tools as well as application versions.
- Hands on Experience in performing end to end system integration and external interface configuration and testing.
- Heavy hands on SQL experience to write complex SQLs to fix data issues.
- Expertise working with webservices to integrate third party applications Trouble shoot production issues and provide solutions.
- Experience working with change control tools like PHIRESTATS etc.
