Job Summary

Lead Backend Developer - Agentic AI (Java) - (Java or Python Agentic AI concepts LLM integrations REST APIs and Microservices)

Key Responsibilities

Designs develops and oversees the implementation of advanced technical solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices while managing the end-to-end technical delivery of projects
Build Gen AI system frameworks Prompt Engineering including designing and refining prompts to optimize LLM outputs implementing Gen AI systems into production
Provides expert technical leadership mentoring and guidance to development teams fostering collaboration and ensuring successful execution of complex assignments and projects
Collaborates with business stakeholders and product owners to translate strategic objectives into actionable technical solutions
Works closely with AI data scientists to support data ingestion and feature engineering and maintain technical documentation
Executes software development tasks requiring advanced problem solving decision making and strategic thinking under ambiguity
Drives decisions on complex issues and provides actionable recommendations for management
Resolves complex software development problems and fosters cross-functional collaboration for innovative solutions
Leads cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
