Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst Corporate Technology (BFSI)
Lead end to end business analysis for large complex corporate technology initiatives within BFSI environments.
Elicit analyze validate and document business functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear actionable requirements aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards.
Partner with architects developers QA and delivery teams to support solution design and execution.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business technology and control stakeholders.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops walkthroughs and design discussions across business and technical teams.
Produce audit ready artifacts including BRDs user stories use cases process flows impact assessments and traceability matrices.
Ensure compliance with enterprise SDLC Agile Hybrid methodologies governance risk and control frameworks.
Present complex concepts clearly to executive and senior leadership audiences.
Bring 10 years of BFSI business analysis experience with strong communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
