Job Summary
Job Title: Software Product Engineer

Role Description:
- Develops code unit tests and technical documentation
- Implements features as per approved design specifications
- Addresses defects and manages technical debt
- Supports code reviews and secure coding practices
- Participates in estimation sprint ceremonies and demo showcases
- Supports migration activities and cutover support as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality software components aligned with product requirements
- Write clean maintainable and testable code following engineering best practices
- Perform unit testing and support integration testing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including product owners QA and DevOps
- Participate in sprint planning grooming estimation and retrospectives
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality performance and security compliance
- Support production deployments migration activities and release cutovers
- Assist in resolving defects and production issues in a timely manner
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- 810 years of experience in software product engineering
- Strong hands-on coding experience in enterprise development environments
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering best practices
- Experience with unit testing and code quality practices
- Exposure to CI/CD code review processes and secure coding standards
- Experience supporting migration and production release activities
- Strong analytical debugging and problem-solving skills
