Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Job Opportunity: Power Platform Scrum Master

Client: Government of Newfoundland & Labrador Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)
Requisition ID: RQ00119
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Ongoing until September 30 2026 (with possible extension)
Estimated Allocation: 1012 hours per week (Approx. 240 total hours)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience
  • At least 5 years supporting large complex Power Platform solutions
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with public sector clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish delivery discipline through Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Facilitate sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives
  • Coach and mentor the project team in Agile practices
  • Ensure effective use of DevOps tooling for backlog management and reporting
  • Remove impediments that impact team progress or delivery timelines
