We are seeking a Cloud Security Architect to design implement and govern secure AWS cloud architectures within a highly regulated insurance and financial services environment. The role is responsible for defining cloud security standards embedding security across platforms and pipelines ensuring compliance with regulatory and enterprise risk requirements and partnering with cloud infrastructure and application teams to enable secure scalable cloud adoption.
Role Descriptions:
Design and govern secure AWS cloud architectures in a regulated insurance and financial services environment Define and enforce cloud security standards guardrails and reference architectures Embed security into cloud platforms CICD pipelines and infrastructure as code Ensure compliance with regulatory risk privacy and enterprise security requirements Partner with cloud infrastructure application and risk teams to enable secure cloud adoption Lead threat modeling security design reviews and cloud security assessments
Required Skills Experience:
Proven experience as a Cloud Security Architect with strong AWS expertise Deep knowledge of AWS security services (IAM KMS CloudTrail Security Hub GuardDuty etc.) Experience with DevSecOps IaC (Terraform CloudFormation) and automation Strong understanding of identity network security data protection and Zero Trust principles Experience working in regulated environments (insurance BFSI or similar) AWS Security or cloud security certifications preferred
