About the role
Love connecting with people and closing the deal Advocate Condell Centre Club managed by HealthFitness is seeking a driven fulltime Membership Sales Representative in Libertyville this role youll play a key part in growing our membership community by building relationships delivering outstanding service and turning conversations into longterm commitments.
Schedule: 35 hours per week; T/W/THR: 3-9pm. Friday 10-7pm and Saturdays 10-6pm
Key point of contact for the community and members at the clients Health and Wellness Center. Responsible for providing assistance and service to clients by answering requests process and provide information on membership accounts and services offered.Key Accountabilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service phone text and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect networking and member referrals.
Promoting and attending facility social events.
Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses corporations and community members.
May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isnt available.
Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
Other duties as needed/assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma/GED.
Adult/Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
1-2 years previous sales experience.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and communicates effectively.
Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.
Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.
Preferred:
Associates degree or relevant work experience.
