The Deployments team that youll be a part of is responsible for managing the coordination and execution of fielding Andurils products and hardware across product lines. Working across product engineering sales and account management Deployment Operationsoversee coordinating all Logistics and Field Operations.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an Operations and Logistics Associate to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa CA. The role of the Operations and Logistics Associate is a critical part of ensuring our hardware gets into our customers hands and we can successfully deploy our team to support our customers missions. This specific role will support the Intel Systems Business Line.
The Logistics team has built a white glove service that is responsible for developing and executing Andurils strategy to deliver hardware and software to our customers where it is both mission critical and logistically challenging. This will require a breadth of understanding logistics the ability to work across teams seamlessly a deep appreciation for details and the ability to learn new subject matters quickly. As you execute on service delivery for our customers and team members you have the unique opportunity to improve and grow our logistics capabilities. You will be charged with helping Anduril teams solve exceptional challenges unblocking issues and establishing procedures all with the intention of making sure our customers missions are being met.
WHAT YOULL DO
- End-to-end deployment planning and delivery of Anduril hardware and equipment for all deployments maintenances and demos.
- Collaborate with your supply chain operations partners business leaders and external stakeholders to ensure the shipment lifecycle is executed successfully.
- White glove service delivery of Anduril hardware to its destination.
- Own domestic shipping of Anduril hardware.
- Proactively identify propose and fix logistical processes.
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on how the customers needs are met to enable continuous improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS preferred.
- 2 or more years of experience in a high energy fast-paced startup management consulting logistics and/or military environment.
- Experience collaborating cross functionally working towards a common goal.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects prioritization and planning.
- Highly polished communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
US Salary Range
$86000 - $114000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations.
