Executive Director (LALD)

As the Executive Director youll oversee daily operations foster strong relationships with residents families and staff and ensure compliance with housing and regulatory standards. This role requires a confident relationship-driven leader who can support a stable engaged team and cultivate the positive welcoming environment our community is proud of.The ideal candidate must hold a current Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)license in Minnesota. A BA degree related to long-term care or housing and knowledge of legal housing requirements are preferred. Wage Range:$80000 - $100000 annually depending on experience

Executive Director Responsibilities:

• Managethe day-to-day operations of a senior housing building.
• Display an understanding ofconfidentiality for resident information and vulnerable adult issues.
• Oversee the facility financial performance.
• Oversee staff development hiring practices in-service training sessions performance feedback and promote a strong teamwork environment.
• Maintain and manage state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
• Participate in development of strategic long-range plans for the community and our organization.

• BA or BS degree in Health Gerontology or Business Administration required.
• Must be a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD).
• Previous experience in business management emphasis on property management preferred.
• 1-2 years staff supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of the comprehensive home care rules and regulations.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents families and staff.
