Job Summary
The Outdoor Pickleball Court Volunteer/Attendant plays a key role in supporting daily operations of the outdoor pickleball courts. This position ensures a welcoming organized and safe environment for members and guests by managing check-in procedures collecting applicable fees and providing excellent customer service.
This role directly contributes to the Springfield JCCs mission by fostering community engagement encouraging active lifestyles and promoting a positive and inclusive experience for all participants.
Shifts Needed Are: Saturdays & Sundays 8-2pm 2pm-8pm Weeknight backup M-F 5pm-9pm Compensation is $16 per hour
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members and guests
- Comfortable handling basic transactions
- Ability to follow procedures and remain organized
- Interest in pickleball recreation or community programming is beneficial
