About the Role
Thoucentric is building cuttingedge AIdriven enterprise platforms that help global organizations make better faster decisions. As an Engagement Principal (EP) you will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into functional solutions and support successful delivery of enterprise software implementations.
This role sits at the intersection of business analysis supply chain domain knowledge and project delivery making it ideal for professionals who enjoy working with customers and turning requirements into real outcomes.
What Youll Do
- Understand customer business requirements and solution ideas
- Map current (AsIs) processes and define futurestate (ToBe) processes
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and design documents
- Support Solution Architects with functional and technical specifications
- Identify test scenarios and help with test case documentation
- Work closely with delivery teams to test and troubleshoot solutions
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases
- Prepare and deliver customer training sessions
- Assist in daytoday project management and tracking deliverables
- Create project documentation and status updates
- Conduct meetings and presentations with customers and internal stakeholders
- Escalate risks and issues when required
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of experience as a Project/Program Management or similar role
- Strong experience in requirements gathering functional design testing and delivery
- Background in Supply Chain Management projects
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP SD/MM/PP Oracle) BI or supply chain planning/execution tools
- Exposure to cloud / SaaS solutions
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering or related fields
Skills That Will Help You Succeed
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Confidence working directly with customers
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of enterprise IT implementations
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed

Excellent Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain complex and multiple business stakeholder relationships.
