• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Convert customer inquiries into scheduled in-home appointments
• Schedule sales installation and service appointments efficiently
• Provide clear helpful communication to customers throughout their experience
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Accurately input and maintain customer information in our CRM system
• Support team operations by keeping schedules organized and up to date

• Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
• Positive customer-first attitude
• Ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations
• Organized and detail-oriented especially with data entry and scheduling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service call center or scheduling experience is a plus

• $20$24/hour (based on experience)
