What Youll Do

The Care Center Executive Director oversees the daily operations of Grand River Hospital Districts long-term care facility in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer. This role ensures high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with federal state and local regulations.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting Care Center staff; coordinating with nursing rehabilitation activities dietary and hospital departments to ensure seamless resident care; preparing for surveys inspections and audits; and addressing resident and family concerns. The Administrator also manages the facility budget monitors revenue and expenses and identifies opportunities to improve services and operations.

This position requires strong leadership communication and organizational skills along with the ability to stay current on healthcare trends and regulatory updates affecting long-term care. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Who Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing Public Health or Business Administration preferred
• Must possess Nursing Home Administrators license (NHA) or obtain within one year of hire and maintain throughout employment
• 5 to 7 years working experience in a similar role in long-term care setting preferred
• 3 years supervisory experience required

• Pay Range: $129000 - $148865.60 (based on experience)

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
