Location: Des Plaines IL Office Environment Temp-to-Hire Full-Time

The ACE Consulting Group is partnering with one of our valued clients in the Des Plaines area to hire a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative. This Customer Service Representative role is responsible for supporting customers through phone and email communication while ensuring orders are tracked accurately and customer inquiries are handled promptly.

The Customer Service Representative will work in a professional office environment and serve as a key point of contact for customers. The ideal Customer Service Representative is organized responsive and comfortable managing multiple inquiries throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Track and monitor customer orders from placement through fulfillment
Provide customers with updates regarding order status shipment details and product information
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and order updates
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues or customer concerns
Support administrative and customer service functions to ensure smooth operations
Provide a positive and professional experience for all customers

What You Bring as the Customer Service Rep

Previous experience working as a Customer Service Representative Customer Support Representative or in a similar customer-facing role
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone and email inquiries professionally
Strong attention to detail when tracking customer orders and updating records
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
Basic computer skills and experience working with email and order tracking systems
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Schedule & Pay

Monday Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
In-office position located in Des Plaines IL

Pay Range: $20.00 $21.00 per hour

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and business needs.
