CNC Programmer – 5-Axis Mills Integrex Horizontal Machining

Were looking for ahigh-level CNC Programmer who can own complex parts from print to production across 5-axis mills Mazak Integrex mill-turns and horizontals. This role requires hands-on experience programming multi-axis parts in CAM. If your experience is primarily editing programs at the machine this is not the right fit.

This is a programming-first role not a floor operator position. Youll be working ontight-tolerance multi-axis parts in medical aerospace and defense.

What Youll Be Doing

• Programming complex parts for:
  • 5-axis mills (Mazak etc.)
  • Mazak Integrex (mill-turn)
  • Horizontal machining centers
• Creating and optimizing toolpaths in CAM (Mastercam Esprit etc.)
• Developing setups workholding concepts and machining strategy
• Supporting machinists through setup and first article
• Troubleshooting problem jobs and improving cycle times
• Collaborating with engineering on manufacturability and process improvements

What Were Looking For

• Strong CNC programming experience on 5-axis and/or mill-turn machines
• Deep understanding of:
  • Multi-axis toolpaths
  • Workholding & fixturing
  • Speeds/feeds and tool selection
• Ability to read complex prints and hold tight tolerances
• Someone who thinks like an owner and solves problems

Required Experience (Must Have One or More)

• 5-axis programming experience
• Mazak Integrex / mill-turn programming
• Horizontal machining center programming

Preferred

• Experience with Esprit
• Mazatrol experience
• Experience in medical aerospace or defense work
