Job Summary:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on small engine equipment including mowers trimmers edgers blowers chainsaws snow blowers snowplows and skid steers
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
- Accurately complete repair orders and maintain service records
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Essential Job Functions:
- 3 years of small engine or mechanical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with landscape and/or snow equipment preferred
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Valid drivers license required (CDL-A a plus)
- Ability to pass a background and MVR check
- No DUI or drug-related convictions within the past five years
- Must provide basic hand tools
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of standing walking and working in a shop environment
- Frequent use of tools equipment computers and mobile devices
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
