Position Responsibilities: | - Plan and teach engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum goals
- Create a structured respectful and supportive classroom environment
- Assess student learning through a variety of methods and provide timely feedback
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance performance and progress
- Communicate openly and proactively with students families and colleagues
- Participate in faculty meetings professional development and school events
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and interdisciplinary initiatives
- Model professionalism integrity and a commitment to the schools mission and values

Experience & Educational Background: | - Bachelors degree required Masters degree preferred
- Prior high school teaching experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of subject area content and instructional best practices

Skills & Competencies: | - Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to build positive relationships with students families and colleagues
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
- Ability to differentiate instruction and support a range of learners
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the school community
