The requirements What it takes to do thiswork
No matter your role it takes a real love ofcaring a willingness to jump in and do the work and a genuinedesire to make a difference. As a carer youll also need:

• A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
• An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
• 12 months experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
