About the Role:
As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing baking and presenting a wide range of high-quality bread and bakery products in line with Bakers Delight standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads rolls and specialty products
Follow recipes and Bakers Delight production processes
Ensure product quality consistency and presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients
Work efficiently in a team environment to meet daily production targets
Requirements
About You:
Previous baking experience (preferred)
Ability to work early morning shifts including weekends
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Good time management and organisational skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Required Skills:
AQF Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification OR minimum 35 years relevant commercial baking experience At least 2 years post-qualification or equivalent industry experience Proven experience in artisan and commercial bread production Strong understanding of dough fermentation baking processes and quality control Ability to work early mornings weekends and under pressure Reliable punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
