Key Responsibilities
- Prepare mix knead and bake a variety of bread and baked goods
- Monitor fermentation proofing and baking processes
- Maintain product quality consistency and presentation
- Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
- Manage stock and assist with ingredient ordering
- Work efficiently within a team to meet production targets
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in baking or at least 23 years of hands-on experience in a commercial bakery environment
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation fermentation proofing and baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in high-volume production
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work early morning shifts weekends and in fast-paced settings
- Strong attention to detail hygiene standards and ability to work effectively within a team
