About the Role:
In this role you will be responsible for managing procurement and subcontract agreements supporting commercial processes and ensuring all financial commitments align with project budgets.
Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver strong commercial outcomes while maintaining compliance efficiency and quality across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities
Support tender evaluations and prepare procurement documentation
Source and evaluate subcontractors suppliers and consultants
Prepare and manage RFQs pricing comparisons and cost forecasts
Assist in contract drafting negotiations and supplier selection
Ensure all procurement aligns with budget quality and timeline requirements
Construction Phase
Administer subcontractor and supplier agreements
Monitor project costs progress and budget performance
Manage variations claims and contractual correspondence
Coordinate procurement schedules and material logistics
Track payments invoices and delivery documentation
Build and maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships
About You
You are highly organised proactive and thrive in a fast-paced project environment. You bring strong commercial awareness and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
You will have:
Minimum 3 years experience in contract administration procurement or commercial/project support
Relevant tertiary qualification
Strong analytical and research skills
Understanding of subcontracting and commercial processes
Experience with document management systems (e.g. SharePoint)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
