OVERVIEW:
The Client helps Australian small business owners get their time back by building them dedicated remote teams in the Philippines. Our founder was a plumber who started his own business for freedom and ended up working more than when he was employed. One offshore hire changed everything.
This role focuses on outbound business development by calling Australian small business owners starting genuine conversations and booking discovery meetings for the founder. It is a phone-heavy performance-driven position that emphasizes natural communication consistency and follow-through with growth opportunities into a full sales role based on results.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct 60 outbound cold calls daily to Australian small business owners.
Experience calling Australian or Western markets

Required Skills:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in high-volume outbound cold calling Strong English communication skills with a clear neutral accent Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Resilient and able to handle frequent rejection Self-motivated with strong time management and consistency Detail-oriented with disciplined CRM and admin usage Coachable and open to feedback and structured sales processes TYPE OF POSITION PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Full-Time Position Work From Home Setup 8:00am 5:00pm AEST (Monday to Friday) Laptop / Desktop (Minimum requirements 16 GB RAM i7 processor & Windows 10) Internet Speed (Minimum of 15 MBPS
