We are looking for a highly creative and execution-driven Social Media Content Strategist & Producer to lead the end-to-end development of engaging digital content across TikTok Facebook and Instagram.
This role is responsible for identifying trends conceptualizing content ideas and executing content from start to finishincluding shooting and editing. You are expected to be highly hands-on and capable of producing content independently.
While a Brand Manager is available to assist in editing you must be able to provide clear creative direction detailed briefs and references to ensure the final output matches your intended vision and quality standards.
This position also requires flexibility for local and international travel to support on-site content production.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Trend Analysis
- Monitor and analyze trending content across TikTok Facebook and Instagram
- Stay consistently updated with emerging formats viral patterns and platform changes
- Translate trends into high-performing brand-aligned content ideas
Content Conceptualization
- Develop content ideas scripts and storyboards
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business objectives
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and target audience
Content Production (End-to-End)
- Shoot and produce content using DSLR cameras DJI equipment and other tools
- Edit videos and photos for publishing (with optional support from Brand Manager)
- Take full ownership of content quality from raw footage to final output
Creative Direction & Collaboration
- Provide clear briefs references and direction when collaborating with the Brand Manager
- Define visual style pacing tone and overall creative execution
- Ensure consistency and high standards across all content
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media content creation (end-to-end)
- Strong understanding of TikTok Facebook and Instagram trends
- Hands-on experience with DSLR cameras DJI and content production tools
- Ability to shoot and edit content independently
- Strong eye for visual storytelling composition and branding
- Experience in photo/video editing tools (e.g. Premiere CapCut Final Cut etc.)
- Highly active and naturally engaged in social media trends and culture

Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns Create visually appealing graphics and content using Canva Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters via Mailchimp Schedule monitor and engage with audiences across social media platforms using Sprout Social Support content creation for blogs social media and marketing materials Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports Maintain and update the companys digital assets and content calendar Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role Proficiency with Canva for designing marketing materials Hands-on experience using Mailchimp for email campaigns Familiarity with Sprout Social for social media management Strong creative and visual storytelling skills Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field is preferred
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism English Public Relations or a related coursework or certifications in Digital Marketing Social Media Management or Content Strategy is considered a strong academic background that demonstrates strong writing research and communication skills in English.
