Job Summary
Drive cybersecurity strategy compliance and risk management aligned with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) guidelines while leading regional security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute cybersecurity strategy aligned with business and regulatory frameworks
- Ensure compliance with NCA ISO 27001 and regional cybersecurity standards
- Lead risk assessments audits vulnerability management and mitigation planning
- Oversee incident response threat detection and security operations
- Collaborate with India-based security teams for unified architecture
- Drive organization-wide cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Act as the primary cybersecurity leader for Middle East operations
- Monitor emerging threats and proactively strengthen defense mechanisms
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 510 years in cybersecurity with at least 23 years in leadership role
- Strong exposure to:
- NCA ECC / KSA compliance frameworks
- ISO 27001 / NIST / CIS
- Cloud & enterprise security
- SOC / SIEM / Incident Response
- NCA ECC / KSA compliance frameworks
- Experience handling regional or multi-country security operations
- Ability to balance technical depth business alignment
