Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven and field-oriented Field Sales Executive to join big MNC an authorized Sales Service & Spares dealer of Greaves Cotton Ltd. with over 45 years of experience in the diesel generator this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities developing strong customer relationships and driving sales of diesel generator sets across assigned territories. The position requires frequent field visits interaction with contractors builders factories hospitals hotels and commercial establishments and close coordination with the technical team to provide complete power solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about industrial sales and want to build a long-term career in the power solutions industry.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new customers for DG set sales in the assigned territory
Meet contractors builders factories hospitals hotels and commercial establishments to generate business
Generate leads for diesel generator requirements and power solutions
Conduct site visits and customer meetings regularly
Coordinate with technical team for load assessment and proposal preparation
Follow up with customers to convert leads into confirmed orders
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers consultants and contractors
Track competitor activity and market developments in the assigned region
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Submit daily / weekly sales reports to management

Requirements

15 years of experience in Field Sales / Industrial Sales / Equipment Sales
Graduate / Diploma holder (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers are not preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory
Basic understanding of industrial equipment / diesel generators / electrical products is an advantage
Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license
Must be comfortable with field work and target-based role
