Job Summary
- Design develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated functional regression integration system and end-to-end testing.
- Identify document and track software defects using issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira Bugzilla).
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce analyze and validate bug fixes.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium Cypress or Appium.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Conduct performance and security testing in coordination with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards coding best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely feedback and insights on product quality to stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging QA methodologies tools and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 25 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance within a technology or software development environment.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and test case design.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium Cypress Playwright Appium).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and tools like Postman or SoapUI for API testing.
- Experience with issue tracking and project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
