Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and define solution strategies
- Lead the analysis of RFPs and RFIs extracting key requirements and identifying solution opportunities
- Develop comprehensive proposals including solution architecture pricing models and implementation timelines
- Draft and refine Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Conduct solutioning sessions to align technical capabilities with client business needs
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather input manage expectations and ensure alignment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SaaS cloud and emerging technology trends to inform solution design
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in pre-sales business analysis or a related role
- Proven track record in proposal writing RFP/RFI response and solutioning
- Strong understanding of SaaS cloud platforms and technology ecosystems
- Proficient in documenting BRD/FRD and translating business needs into technical specifications
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
