Pro X Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt accurate and courteous support while maintaining strong customer relationships.



Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure effective resolution

2. Issue Resolution

  • Identify investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
  • Follow up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction

3. Product Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of company products and services
  • Provide accurate information on product features usage and benefits

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Prepare reports on customer issues feedback and service trends

5. Process Improvement

  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Support the implementation of customer service policies and procedures

6. Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Operations Technical Support)
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the team



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in business administration Communications or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer support/customer service role


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
