Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure effective resolution
2. Issue Resolution
Identify investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
Follow up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction
3. Product Knowledge
Develop a strong understanding of company products and services
Provide accurate information on product features usage and benefits
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Prepare reports on customer issues feedback and service trends
5. Process Improvement
Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
Support the implementation of customer service policies and procedures
6. Team Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Operations Technical Support)
Share knowledge and best practices within the team
Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in business administration Communications or related field
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer support/customer service role
Required Skills
