Communication Briefing: Translating sharp brand propositions into impactful communication briefs for creative agencies including digital asset kits.
Product & Packaging Development: Leading the end-to-end design and consumer testing phases ensuring the "Sense of Aesthetics" aligns with the LBP brand DNA.
Project Management (The "Network" Lead): Steering the Cross-Functional Team (R&D Supply Chain Finance and CMI) to ensure every launch hits the market OTIF.
Consumer Pulse: Placing the consumer at the heart of strategy; solving real problems through insightful innovation and tracking post-launch performance (eCom ratings reviews and business cases).
Competitive Intelligence: Maintaining a high "Bias for Action" to track competitor launches and global shifts in the beauty and skincare landscape.
Requirements
IDEAL PROFILE:
The Marketing Strategist: 510 years of experience in brand marketing or marketing services ideally within the Beauty or FMCG sectors.
Educational Background: Masters degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
The "Execution" Expert: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects.
Creative & Analytical: A unique blend of empathy and aesthetics with the analytical rigour required to build a sustainable business case.
Global Mindset: Obsessed with brands and consumers with a finger on the pulse of international beauty trends.
