Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
P&L & Business Ownership: Driving the revenue roadmap for the CJ India partnership focusing on acquiring and scaling enterprise-level brand partnerships.
Strategic Market Entry: Positioning Tyroo CJ as the definitive market entry platform for global and domestic brands looking to scale via performance-led affiliate marketing.
Full-Funnel Performance: Educating and selling "Full-Funnel" strategies to CMOs and Growth Headsmoving beyond simple coupon/cashback sites to high-value content publishers and influencers.
Publisher Ecosystem Management: Leveraging the global CJ network of 100K publishers to create bespoke high-ROI opportunities for Indian enterprise clients.
Stakeholder Leadership: Navigating the relationship between Tyroos regional expertise and CJ Affiliates global technology and standards.
Team Scaling: Building and mentoring a high-performance team of Partnership Managers and Sales Leads to drive consistent quarter-on-quarter growth.
Requirements
IDEAL PROFILE:
The Partnership Veteran: Extensive experience in Affiliate Marketing AdTech or Digital Performance Sales at an enterprise level.
Network & Gravitas: A strong existing network among CMOs Digital Leads and Performance Marketing Heads in the E-commerce BFSI and Travel sectors.
Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of tracking technologies attribution modeling and the evolving privacy landscape (cookieless future).
010 Mindset: Ability to take a successful partnership and turn it into a dominant market leader through aggressive scaling and strategic positioning.
Analytical Leader: Proven track record of using data to drive partnership value and client retention.
