Job Responsibilities

Maintain Books of Accounts (Purchase Sales Cash Bank JV Exp) in Tally ERP
Finalization of Book of Accounts
Preparing Stock Statement
Co-Ordination with Bankers for all banking Works
Export & Compliance: Manage forward contracts EPCG licenses and duty drawbacks.
IT & Tax Data Management: Handle IT scrutiny and return filings.
Banking Coordination: Submit stock statements to banks manage loan interest calculations and handle bank renewals.
Follow up with Due payments
Preparing Cash Flow Statement
Solving Vendor Queries
GST Compliance: Verify and file GST returns (GSTR1 GSTR3B GSTR9 ITC-04).
Dealing With the Auditors for the Statutory and Internal Audit.
TDS Management: Ensure accurate TDS calculations (salary/non-salary) and timely filing of quarterly returns.
Advance Tax & Forecasting: Prepare advance tax estimates and sales forecasts.

Requirements

Experience Required 6 year (Jewellery Industry Exposure is a plus)
Knowledge of GST & TDS Working
Tally ERP.9 Sale & Purchase Entry
Good Knowledge of Excel
Smart & Analytical
Self-motivated & go getter personality
