Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced and skilled Cook / À la Carte Chef for a reputed hospitality establishment in Germanys Feldberg Lake District. The role involves preparing high-quality à la carte dishes ensuring excellent presentation and maintaining strict food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook à la carte dishes as per menu standards
- Perform mice en place and kitchen preparation activities
- Handle preparation of allergen-free and special dietary meals
- Maintain high standards of food quality hygiene and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen regulations
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and team members
Salary: 3.1 Lakhs INR Per Month
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook / Chef
- Professional culinary training or certification preferred
- German language proficiency (B1 level mandatory)
- Knowledge of food safety hygiene and allergen management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Candidates must be from Odisha India
- Willingness to relocate to Germany
