Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and admission procedures
Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with leads
Guide students through the complete admission journey
Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions
Achieve counselling and admission conversion targets
Provide a positive and professional experience to prospective students
