- Female Candidates: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Male Candidates: 2:00 PM 12:00 AM

Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Co-Ordinator (Hindi Process) who will act as the primary point of contact for customers. The role involves handling customer interactions resolving queries efficiently and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are fluent in Hindi and English and are looking to start or grow their career in the BPO / Customer Support domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Address customer inquiries promptly accurately and efficiently
- Understand customer requirements and guide them in utilizing products/services effectively
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products services and processes
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve service quality
- Ensure adherence to company policies quality standards and service levels
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support (Hindi voice process preferred)
- Experience in handling customer calls will be an added advantage
Required Skills
- Excellent Hindi communication skills (Mandatory)
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally and empathetically
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/tools
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
