Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Vision: Setting the national roadmap for OOH planning ensuring it remains the most impactful medium in the BCCL integrated arsenal.

Data-Led Planning: Building media strategies rooted in audience insights location intelligence and consumer mobility patterns.

DOOH & Programmatic Leadership: Driving the adoption of Programmatic OOH allowing for real-time data-triggered ad delivery across a massive network of digital screens.

Growth Partnership: Collaborating with national business teams to lead high-decibel pitches for Fortune 500 clients and government verticals.

Measurement Frameworks: Establishing rigorous KPIs and measurement standards to transition OOH from "Reach" to "Attribution."

Talent Mentorship: Leading and upskilling a team of strategists to become "Outcome-Driven" planners.

Requirements

The Strategic Veteran: 12 years of experience in Media Planning Brand Strategy or OOH Leadership with a proven track record at a top-tier agency or network.

The Tech-Forward Planner: Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem specifically programmatic platforms and data visualization tools.

The Analytical Powerhouse: Ability to translate complex mobility datasets into simple persuasive narratives for clients.

Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate global brand teams and internal leadership in a large-scale conglomerate.

Innovation Mindset: A passion for "Whats Next"from 3D anamorphic tech to hyper-local attribution models.



Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
