Job Summary
- Collect clean and validate large datasets from diverse internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations using tools such as Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends patterns and anomalies in business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of business initiatives.
- Translate complex data findings into clear concise and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Maintain data integrity security and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Support the development of KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on emerging data analytics trends tools and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters Degree
Experience: Freshers/ Experienced
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics or a related field.
- 25 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role within a business or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables macros and advanced formulas.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation (preferred).
- Solid understanding of statistical methods hypothesis testing and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced business management or operations environment is highly desirable.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
