Job Summary

Sr. Accounts Executive

Location: Infopark Kochi
Qualification: / / MBA Finance

Experience:35 years of experience in AR AP GL

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: 3.5 5.5 LPA
Hiring Band: L2

Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) or General Ledger (GL) processes
Process invoices vendor payments and journal entries
Perform account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain financial records reports and MIS data

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Commerce ( / / MBA Finance)
35 years of experience in AR AP GL or accounting operations
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables preferred)
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in night shift / US shift

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of GST taxation and accounting principles. Proficient in accounting software ERP and MS Excel. Detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Bcom Mcom/MBA
