• Should have hands-on experience building and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  
  
• Should have expertise in prompt engineering to design test and optimize prompts for reliable high-quality outputs from Large Language Models.
  
  
• Should hold experience creating AI agents to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
  
  
• Should hold adequate experience implementing Generative AI techniques for automated content creation summarization and conversational systems.
  
  
• Strong understanding of context window management optimizing token usage for efficient and accurate LLM responses.
  
  
• Hands-on experience in workflow automation integrating AI-driven decision-making across CRM operations and enterprise systems including Zoho automation platforms to streamline and optimize business workflows.
  
  
• Should possess excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with hands-on experience applying AI in operations and administration.
  
  
• The Ideal Candidate should be Obsessed with AI tools and productivity systems and Regularly experiments with new AI platforms and automation technologies
  
  
• Should be able to research test independently and implement new AI technologies and have adequate experience using multiple AI tools across business functions
  
  
  
• Should have sound technical and commercial knowledge.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science Information Technology or a related field
  
• Strong understanding of LLMs RAG prompt engineering and AI agents
  
• 1-3 years Hands-on experience with AI tools automation and data analytics
  
• Proactive mindset with passion for AI and digital transformation
  
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills- Read/Write/Speak
  
• To be based in below locations - Chennai
