Content Development: Design structured modules covering RFP creation bid evaluation pricing analysis and contract drafting. Hands-on Support: Guide participants through real-world procurement challenges including stakeholder communication negotiation strategies and project execution. Key Focus Areas Execution Excellence: Improving speed accuracy and timeline management. Stakeholder Communication: Enhancing client-facing communication and reporting. Strategic Ownership: Driving proactive project strategy and independent decision-making. End-to-End Sourcing: Building RFP packages and questionnaires Conducting market intelligence and supplier evaluation Performing bid analysis and scorecard preparation Contracting Skills: Drafting redlining and aligning contracts with category strategies Negotiation Mastery: Strategy development preparation and execution Analytical Thinking: Strengthening critical thinking and data-driven decision-making Required Expertise Strong experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Expertise in RFP creation bid evaluation and contract management Ability to train on negotiation strategies and stakeholder management Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot etc.) for procurement efficiency (good to have) Excellent communication and facilitation skills
