Candidate would be part of the internal audit team where team size comprises 7-8 people.

Team would be guided by the seniors and managers and work execution by this team.

Operational audit

HR audits

Financial audit

Compliance audits direct taxation indirect taxation

Labor law compliances

ROC compliances

FEMA compliance

Other location statutory compliances Inventory audits etc.

Required Skills:

8. Others: Assist the reporting manager with various research/special projects. Recommend new ideas approaches and procedures to enhance the efficiency and value of the HR department & the Company Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Create brand awareness: Responsible for planning implementing managing and monitoring companys Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness. Actively manage the Company page on LinkedIn to attract potential resources.
