Responsibilities
Customer Handling
Greet customers politely and professionally
Verify service requests and capture Voice of Customer (VOC) in the system
Communicate repair updates via phone and face-to-face interaction
Diagnosis
Analyse and diagnose scooters to identify repairs required
Update diagnosis report in Workshop Management System (Getafix)
Perform repairs and final inspection as per customer request
System Handling
Track customer complaints in Zendesk and update systems in real time
Operate Workshop Management System (Getafix) with 100% adherence
Update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS
Check scooter health via Telematics Command Centre
Technical Repairs
Repair and replace scooter parts
Stay updated on technical curriculum and EV updates
Process & Operations
Ensure process adherence at Experience Centre
Handle invoicing and payment collection
Maintain clean and service-ready workshop bays
Parts Operations
Audit and maintain inventory accuracy
Perform GRN and manage inventory at Experience Centre
