Job Summary
- Zubereitung und ansprechendes Anrichten von Speisen auf deinem Posten
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im jeweiligen Küchenbereich
- Mitarbeit bei der Planung Vorbereitung und Organisation des täglichen Mise en Place
- Kontrolle von Qualität Frische und hygienischen Standards
- Unterstützung des Küchenteams in verschiedenen Bereichen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service
- Mitverantwortung für einen strukturierten und sauberen Arbeitsplatz
- Preparation and attractive presentation of dishes in your section
- Ensuring smooth operations in the assigned kitchen area
- Support in planning preparation and organization of the daily mise en place
- Monitoring quality freshness and hygiene standards
- Supporting the kitchen team in different areas and working closely with the service team
- Helping to maintain a well-structured and clean workplace

Voraussetzungen
- Du kommst aus einem Mitgliedsstaat der Europäischen Union
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Koch/Köchin
- Du bringst Erfahrung in verschiedenen Bereichen der Küche mit idealerweise mit Fokus auf italienische Küche
- Du bist flexibel einsetzbar und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig engagiert und gerne im Team
- Du beherrschst mindestens eine der folgenden Sprachen auf B2-Niveau: Deutsch Englisch oder Italienisch
- You are from a member state of the European Union
- You have completed vocational training as a cook or chef
- You have experience in different areas of the kitchen ideally with a focus on Italian cuisine
- You are flexible and keep a clear overview even in stressful situations
- You work reliably with commitment and enjoy being part of a team
- You speak at least one of the following languages at B2 level: German English or Italian

Required Skills:
