We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst (RTR) to lead solution design of the robotics automation program for the Record to Report (RTR) tower. You will drive identification and design of RPA opportunities create process definitions and maps manage scope and design specifications liaise with development teams and manage business SME stakeholders.

What Youll Do:

1. Drive identification and design of RPA opportunities

• Lead the discovery and assessment of automation potential within Record to Report processes
  

• Interview colleagues and gather business process details to identify solution requirements
  

• Envisage how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment including its advantages and effects
  

2. Create process definitions and process maps used for automation

• Document current and future state processes using MS Visio
  

• Understand workflow logic and translate business processes into clear process diagrams
  

• Illustrate written process descriptions as workflow diagrams for development teams
  

3. Own scope and design specifications and liaise with development team during build and test

• Develop detailed scope and functional design specifications for automation opportunities
  

• Document use cases and functional specifications to guide development
  

• Collaborate with the Automation COE and development team throughout build and testing phases
  

• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
  

4. Manage Business SME stakeholder management

• Work closely with Finance/GBS stakeholders BPO providers third-party vendors and Global Functions
  

• Coordinate a portfolio of projects and manage project teams combining resources across multiple geographies
  

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people
  

• Foster effective teamwork and collaboration across virtual project teams
  

What You Need:

• Process Change BA / SME (2 years experience) with strong analytical and process orientation
  

• Demonstrable experience documenting use cases functional specifications or similar
  

• Bachelors Degree
  

• Ability to speak and write in English fluently
  

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Visio
  

• Digital mindset & detail-oriented
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Good interpersonal skills with ability to interview colleagues gather business process details and identify solution requirements
  

• Proven problem-solving communication and business writing skills with attention to detail
  

• Ability to quickly understand how systems across the business work together
  

• Understanding of workflow logic and ability to both understand a business process from a process diagram and illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram
  

• Self-starter with good organisational skills who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges independently or as part of a team
  

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of VBA or Python solutions
