The Opportunity:

Were looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Store Leader/Manager to lead the team at our Calgary store located at: 5911 3 St SE Calgary AB T2H 1K3

What Youll Do as Assistant Store Leader:

• Lead the Team: Train coach and support a team of up to 15 seasonal team members to reach and exceed sales goals.
• Be the Go-To for Customers: Make sure every customer feels welcome and supported by providing great service and resolving any escalations with a positive and professional attitude.
• Keep Things Looking Great: Help with merchandising ensure the store is clean welcoming and organized and create an inviting space for customers and staff.
• Manage Inventory: Keep the right amount of stock on hand by overseeing inventory levels ensuring accurate receiving processes and verifying quantities are correct.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 2 or more years in a retail management role.
• Team Player: Youre great at working on your own but thrive in a fast-paced team-focused environment.
• Tech Skills: Youre comfortable with computers and know your way around point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Customer-First Attitude: You genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for every customer.
