Job Summary

Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada)is seeking a Legal Counsel with 5 years of corporate/commercial experience to join its excellent team.

This broad role involves supporting complex corporate initiatives drafting and negotiating commercial agreements managing vendor contracts and providing practical risk-based legal advice across the organization.
