At PwC our Management and Organization Consulting team supports organizations in their organizational transformation initiatives. Our professionals accompany clients throughout their transformation journeys including aligning operating models with business strategy upskilling talent and human resources improving employee engagement and managing change. As a Senior Associate Workforce Transformation you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end transformation projects leveraging your expertise and understanding of management concepts.The Opportunity:

Working with PwC teams and client teams on client engagements from strategy through implementation
Contributing to a wide range of businessdevelopmentactivities toidentifyopportunities with new and existing clients.
Contributing to the development of your own technical skills and those of your team at the local national and global levels within our network.
Staying current on developments in your areas of expertise and in the industriesserved andcontributing to the development of PwCs knowledge and points of view.
Continuing to buildstronginternal relationships and strengtheningonespositioningwithin PwC.

The successful candidaterequiresfluency in English in addition to French asthey willbe requiredto support or collaborate with English-speaking clients colleagues and/or stakeholdersduring the course oftheir employment with PwC Canada

The salary range for this position is $84700 - $134700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
