Overview

We are supporting a leading organisation in the financial services sector in their search for an experienced Data Solution Architect to drive the design and delivery of modern scalable data platforms.

This is a key role where you will take ownership of end-to-end solution architecture ensuring that data solutions align with both business needs and enterprise-wide architectural standards. Youll operate at the intersection of business and technology translating complex requirements into robust future-proof solutions.

Your Role

As a Data Solution Architect you will play a central role throughout the full project lifecyclefrom early-stage analysis to final delivery. You will shape architectural decisions guide delivery teams and ensure high-quality consistent implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and maintaining end-to-end data solution architectures
  
• Producing and governing architecture documentation and ensuring alignment with internal review processes
  
• Collaborating with enterprise and application architects to define technology stacks
  
• Driving best practices in development methodologies frameworks and coding standards
  
• Translating business requirements into scalable and efficient technical designs
  
• Supporting project leadership with planning estimations and technical insights
  
• Providing mentorship and technical direction to development and design teams
  
• Ensuring solutions are implemented in line with approved architecture
  
• Promoting reuse of existing assets and optimising overall solution efficiency
  
• Documenting architectural decisions and ensuring transparency across stakeholders
